Architectural 3D Renderings of Interior Scenes

With immaculate and life-like imagery, Archiform 3D's approach to interior Architectural 3D Renderings and video pushes the limitations of technology. Each piece of furniture is carefully modelled from originals and includes original fabric samples. Smaller items like pictures, curtains, vases and decorator items are then added to the scene. After the furniture and accessories are added we carefully light the scene for mood and effect.

The thoughtful combination of these skills often give Architectural 3D Renderings that are better looking than real photographs. What is noteworthy is that we create walk-through animations of interior scenes to the same quality as our Architectural 3D Renderings .

Living Room Architectural 3D Renderings

Interior living room scenes, like lounges, grand salons and family rooms are the most intensive of an apartment, condominium unit or house to create. They’re not just bigger spaces but they have more detail and often extend into other living areas. The multiple levels and types of decoration and possibilities for colors and coverings means that these rooms are hard for a client to describe in a document.

Furniture and accessories can also be hard work to model in 3D within these areas. Pieces such as lounge chairs, sofas and other furniture with soft curves and complex fabric textures can be difficult to model perfectly. This is also true for items such as plants and sculptures, which have fine detail and are sometimes a major part of a 3D Rendering or 3D Animation.

But despite the detailing and painstaking effort, these scenes can be enjoyable for the 3D Artist or technician. This is in the creativity that the 3D Artist often must express for small finishes and the details that complete a rendering or animation. It’s often the final personal touches that are the difference between a scene that you may just admire or one that you would buy and live in.

Real Views in 3D Scenes

This scene has the real view from the actual project, which is a superb way of displaying what a buyer will actually see from a new condo, office or home. We can do this in 2 ways; a flat 2D image applied behind the 3D Scene or a 360-degree image wrapped around the 3D Model. Both techniques have advantages and disadvantages, ranging from a lower price to a better result in 3D Animations.

A simple 2D photographic background costs less to capture and is suited to still Architectural 3D Renderings . Unfortunately using this method means the view cant move with the 3D Camera if you wish to animate the scene. If a Virtual Reality camera changes viewpoint it will become apparent that the backdrop is merely a flat billboard effect.

The 360-degree panoramic method costs more in location and photography, as each shot is a complete view in all the horizontal directions. This method gives the best result for 3D Animations as when the Virtual Camera turns the view adjusts accordingly. Archiform 3D is often engaged to take the panoramic shots as we have the equipment and cameras necessary.

A Series of Architectural 3D Renderings from One Scene

Most times we produce and invoice by the scene produced, not by the Architectural 3D Renderings taken from it. While we have discounts for just one image of a scene, getting a series of images works out to be far more cost-effective. As can be seen by this Architectural 3D Rendering , which is one of a series from the same 3D Scene, multiple Architectural 3D Renderings can be produced for one fixed price. If you need multiple renderings for advertising then this technique for production is ideal. Both interior and exterior Architectural 3D Renderings can be produced this way.
