Archiform 3D's careful and meticulous approach to interior Architectural Renderings gives a life-like result. We model each piece of furniture in 3D from just pictures of the originals and apply scanned fabric from real-world samples. Almost any decorator item can then be added to the scene, such as lamps, light fittings and curtains. Lighting the scene correctly and artistically is important to the scene, which happens after all the furniture is placed.

This combination often gives better visual results than reality as we are not restricted to the limitations of traditional or modern photography. Unique to Archiform 3D is our ability to do walk-through animations to the same Photo-Perfect standard as our still Architectural Renderings.

To achieve this we carefully set up the Virtual Cameras, finesse the small details and experiment with illumination. The viewer’s perspective needs to portray a degree of intimacy and show more to the living space than just a bed.We like to create an ambience to the scene that resembles soft morning light or a romantic night.

While they may be simplistic in reality, soft bed covers and pillows are difficult to perfect in a Architectural Rendering.The soft irregularities and softness of a real bed need to be replicated.These random waves and bumps are harder to model with 3D software than more rigid pieces of furniture like a nightstand. The 3D Modelling is not the only complex task as applying the fabrics to the bed can be challenging, especially if there is a pattern or mural that must be maintained.

Real Views in Architectural Renderings

This Architectural Rendering shows the real view from the development. There are two ways that this can be done; as a flat 2D picture applied to the background or as a 360-degree panorama. The two techniques affect the overall price to do the job, not in 3D Rendering costs but in acquiring the views.

The lower photography costs make flat 2D backgrounds appealing for still, fixed position Architectural Renderings.Unfortunately using this method means the view cant move with the 3D Camera if you wish to animate the scene.If the 3D Camera changes the direction it is looking at the view doesn’t change, which is not a desirable result.

The location and photography costs to get 360-degree panoramic images are higher than normal photography as the final result sees everything in the horizontal plane. The increased visual scope gives excellent results for 3D Animations as when the 3D Camera turns within the scene the view changes with it. We can take either 2D or 360-degree images for you at an additional fee or you can supply your own.
