Interior Scenes as Architectural Renderings

Our interior Architectural Renderings are highly detailed, rich in quality and inspirational. We model our furniture in 3D using photographs and fabric samples as guides. The scenes are then enhanced with decorator items like wall hung artwork, indoor plants and designer household pieces.3D lighting effects are then added to warm and enhance the scene.

This carefull combination of skills produces Architectural Renderings that are more inspiring than real photographs.Unique to Archiform 3D is our ability to do walk-through animations to the same Photo-Perfect standard as our still Architectural Renderings.

Apartment and Condominium Architectural Renderings and Animations

Almost all apartment and condominium developments for sale are portrayed in 3D. This is because the same budget per unit stretches to so many buyers of duplicate or similar apartments. Just a few typical apartments may be all you need to adequately portray the entire range of property. We also offer volume discounts for these projects as it is rare that each apartment will be so different from the next that we have to recreate all of the furniture each time. Considering that we include so many still Architectural Renderings in our prices you will also find that you get plenty of images for brochures and web sites from just a few scenes.

3D Kitchen Scenes

3D kitchen Scenes, while tiny, are often detailed and intense. They usually contain detailed cabinets, fixtures and built-in electrical appliances that must be visualized perfectly. This is due to the fact that unlike living rooms they are built into the development and therefore a critical part of the sale.

You need to supply cabinet elevations and floor plans for us to create the model in 3D.We also need details such as the doors, the types of fittings, appliances and all hard surfaces. The final thing we do is enhance the 3D scene with items and personal touches, which you can choose from catalogues or specify from pictures.

Bedrooms in 3D

The bedroom is the most intimate and private part of a home, so we try to make it look like a place that you can imagine yourself sleeping in. Ensuring stunning realism in the scene and choosing the best Camera Angle is how we do this. The viewer’s perspective needs to portray a degree of intimacy and show more to the living space than just a bed.And we like to lighting to show either sleeping time or waking up, so a low light dancing past the blinds is often a lovely morning touch.

While they may be simplistic in reality, soft bed covers and pillows are difficult to perfect in a Architectural Rendering. To look real and inviting they need to have the small bumps, wrinkles and softness of the real thing. 3D Modelling and CAD is best at straight edges and regular curves, so a finished bed is more difficult to produce than most other household items. Aside from the complexity of the 3D Modelling, applying the textures and fabrics to the bed can be challenging if there is a pattern that must be maintained over the flowing 3D Mesh.

One Scene, Lots of Architectural Renderings

Most 3D production companies choose to quote by the Architectural Rendering produced, but normally we charge by the overall scene. This means that our clients actually get better value for money as we are charging more for the work put in, not for what may be the almost automated process of producing just the one Architectural Rendering. This Architectural Rendering is a sample of this production technique, being just one of a series lifted from an overall 3D Scene instead than just one Perspective. If your development has many visual aspects to it then this process is perfect. This process for Architectural Renderings can be used for both exterior and interior 3D Scenes.
